Consent and rights

Upload only photos and videos you own or are authorized to use. Obtain consent from every identifiable adult whose photo or likeness you use. Celebrity status does not remove this requirement: do not upload celebrity photos or anyone else's photos without consent. You are responsible for rights in source videos, music and any media you share.

Prohibited content

• No photos, videos or generated depictions of minors. This is an adults-only service.
• No nudity, pornography, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery or other NSFW content.
• No harassment, threats, hateful content, fraud, deceptive impersonation or content intended to harm a person.
• No infringement of copyright, privacy, publicity rights or other applicable rights.
• No bypassing content checks, payment rules, account limits or security controls.

Disclose that a video is AI-generated where its presentation could otherwise mislead people. Do not use results as fabricated evidence or endorsement.

Enforcement

We may block a request, remove access to offending content or suspend an account. Content checks can make mistakes; contact support for review. A failed task's automatic credit correction does not authorize prohibited content or guarantee approval of a later request.

Copyright complaints and requests to remove a template or other material can be sent to support@genjutsu.art. Include your contact details, the work and material involved, URLs where available and an explanation of your rights and concern.
