Who is responsible

Genjutsu.art operates this service. Contact support@genjutsu.art for privacy requests or questions.

Data processed

We process your account name, email, authentication records and chosen sign-in provider; uploaded photos and videos; generation settings, quotes, task status and results; order and credit ledger records; and technical information needed for security and support. Stripe handles checkout and card details. The service receives payment identifiers and billing information but does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Why data is used

Data is used to authenticate you, prepare and generate requested videos, deliver and secure results, process payments and credit adjustments, respond to support requests and prevent abuse. Do not upload photos of people without consent or any media depicting minors.

Providers and access

Inputs are sent to generation providers through Kie to perform your request. Infrastructure and storage use Cloudflare and the configured database provider; Stripe processes payments. Google sign-in is used when enabled. Support and email services may receive information needed to respond to you. These providers may process data in countries other than your own and have their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect people and the service.

Storage and deletion

Private uploads expire after 24 hours and are cleaned up when they are no longer needed by an active task. Cleanup timing can vary while processing is in progress. Generated results remain associated with your account until you delete them or the account; download results you want to keep. The service uses authenticated or short-lived access links for private media.

Account deletion removes or schedules removal of private media and de-identifies retained accounting records. Payment and security records may need to remain for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. We do not promise immediate deletion from independent providers' systems.

Cookies and optional services

Authentication and locale cookies support your account and language preference. Browser storage may preserve your generator draft and checkout state. Optional analytics, advertising or chat tools are configured by the operator. See the Cookie Notice. Optional tracking stays off unless the Cookie Notice lists it.

Your choices

You can update account details, delete videos and delete your account in Settings. Contact support@genjutsu.art to request access, correction, export or deletion assistance. Applicable rights depend on your location. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout.

Security and contact

Access controls and signed media links limit access to private content. No system can guarantee complete security. Report concerns, privacy requests and changes to your contact information to support@genjutsu.art.
