Operator and agreement

This service is operated by Genjutsu.art. Contact: support@genjutsu.art. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must be an adult and responsible for the account you use.

What the service does

You apply a Photo Effect to one portrait or configure a video using a template or your own source video and upload consenting adults' photos. AI models generate a result using those inputs. AI results can vary and are not guaranteed to reproduce every detail. Review generated media before sharing it; do not present synthetic media as evidence of real events.

Accounts and uploaded content

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including permission from every identifiable person. Do not upload images of minors or sexual content. Do not upload celebrity photos without consent. You retain the rights you have in your uploads and permit us and our processing providers to use them to fulfill your generation request, handle support and protect the service. These terms do not grant rights in music, third-party footage, trademarks or other people's likenesses.

Prices and payments

New accounts created at or after the signup-gift launch time receive a one-time gift of 2 credits after email verification or Google signup, enough to try one Photo Effect for free; gift credits are valid for 1 year. Photo Effects cost 2 credits each; videos require purchased credits or the first-video offer. There are no subscriptions. The first-video offer is $3.99, once per account, for any single configured video up to 15 seconds. Credit packs cost $9.90 for 1,000 credits, $29 for 3,500 and $79 for 10,000. Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from purchase; unused credits expire after that. New credits first repay any owed credit balance before becoming available to spend. Checkout shows the amount payable before you pay.

Your draft stores the quote and selected inputs. Payment starts that configured task. Canceling checkout does not release the first-video reservation immediately; it is released when the payment session expires. A duplicate first-video payment is refunded and never grants a second entitlement. Do not create multiple accounts to bypass the offer.

Failed videos, corrections and refunds

A failed generation returns its reserved credits once. Photo Effects time out three minutes after submission, with a separate maximum queue wait of 15 minutes. A failed first-video generation returns its quoted credits; it does not restore the first-video discount. Cash refund requests are handled separately under the Refund Policy.

Enforcement and availability

We may reject content, remove access to offending media, or suspend accounts for violations, fraud or interference with the service. Availability depends on infrastructure and generation providers. Download results you wish to keep. Contact support if a task or purchase needs review.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees about a particular result or uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
