Credits and refunds
How much does a video cost?
The first video is $3.99 once per account for any single video up to 15 seconds. After that, the frozen quote determines the credits charged: solo templates and Character Swap use 18 credits per second, duo templates 42, Motion Standard 16 and Motion Pro 26. At least 3 seconds are billed, rounding up to whole seconds.
Do credits expire or renew automatically?
Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the date you buy them. All purchases are one-time payments; there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
What happens if generation fails?
The credits reserved for a failed generation are returned once to your balance. A failed first video returns its quoted credits too. The once-per-account purchase stays used; you can spend the returned credits on another video.
Can I request a cash refund?
Contact support about your order. Cash refunds are separate from automatic credit returns. Refunds remove the corresponding purchased credits; if those credits were already used, the unrecovered amount is recorded as credit debt. See the refund policy for details.
How many videos can I make with a pack?
It depends on mode and length. A 10-second solo template costs 180 credits, so 1,000 credits cover 5, 3,500 cover 19 and 10,000 cover 55 such videos. Check the quote before generating.
